SUWALKI , a See also:

Pop. 27,165. In the 15th See also:century it was a small See also:village amid forests, peopled by See also:Lithuanians. Its See also:trade is chiefly in See also:timber, See also:grain, woollen See also:cloth and other manufactured goods.
