AHR , a See also:

river of See also:Germany. It is a See also:left-See also:bank tributary of the See also:Rhine, into which it falls at Sinzig, rising in the See also:Eifel mountains, and having a See also:total length of 55 M. It flows at first through rather monotonous See also:country, but the latter portion of its course, from the See also:village of Altenahr, over which See also:tower fie ruins of the See also:castle of Ahr, or Are (loth See also:century), is full of romantic beauty. It is well stocked with See also:trout, and the steep declivities of the See also:lower valley furnish red wines of excellent quality.
