CANGAS DE TINEO , a See also:

town of See also:northern See also:Spain, in the See also:province of See also:Oviedo, and on the See also:river Narcea. Pop. (1900) 22,742. There is no railway and the river is not navigable, but a See also:good road runs through Tineo, Grade and the adjacent See also:coal-See also:fields, to the ports of Cudillero and See also:Aviles. The inhabitants have thus an easily accessible See also:market for the See also:farm produce of the fertile hills See also:round Cangas de Tineo, and for the See also:cloth, See also:leather, pottery, &c., manufactured in the town.
