JENOLAN CAVES , a See also:

series of remarkable caverns in Roxburgh See also:county, New See also:South See also:Wales, See also:Australia; 113 M. W. by N. of See also:Sydney, and 36 m. from Tarana, which is served by railway. They are the most celebrated of several similar See also:groups in the See also:limestone of the See also:country; they have not yielded fossils of See also:great See also:interest, but the stalactitic formations, sometimes pure See also:white, are of extraordinary beauty. The caves have been rendered easily accessible to visitors and lighted by See also:electricity.
