UMBRA (anc. Nuceria Camellaria) , a See also:town and episcopal see in the See also:province of See also:Perugia, See also:Italy, 12 M. by See also:rail N. by E. of See also:Foligno, 1706 ft. above See also:sea-level. Pop. (1901) 5685 (town), 7848 (See also:commune). It has some old churches, containing pictures and frescoes; in the See also:cathedral is a large altarpiece by Nicolo Alunno. Three See also:miles to the See also:south-See also:east of the town are See also:mineral springs.
