The name appears in Judg. iii. 7-11 (see See also:JUDGES), as that of a here who delivered See also:Israel from a See also:North Syrian See also:king. That a kink from the See also:Euphrates who had subjugated See also:Canaan should have been defeated by a clan of the See also:south of Palestine has See also:beef` doubted. There is no See also:evidence of such a situation, and it has been conjectured that Cushan-Rishathaim (the name suggests " C. of See also:double wickedness "!) of See also:Aram (o,K) has arisen from some king (cp. Husham, Gen. See also:xxxvi. 34) or clan (cp. See also:Cush, Num. xii.

1; Cushan, Hab. iii. 7) of See also:
