Its See also:harbour, one of the best on the Pacific, is little used, and the See also:town consists merely of a few huts with some 400 inhabitants. Its See also:naval institutions were transferred to See also:Nikolayevsk after the attack of the Anglo See also:French See also:fleet in 1854.
