It lies in a valley between the hills of Birkenberg and Heiliger See also:Berg, and in its neighbourhood are the See also:lead and See also:silver mines which belong to the See also:Austrian See also:government and are worked in nine shafts, two of which, the See also:Adalbert See also:shaft (3637 ft.) and the Maria shaft, (3575 ft.) are the deepest in the See also:world.
