After some trouble with Joscelin of See also:Edessa, and after joining with Baldwin II. in an attack on See also:Damascus (1127), he was defeated and slain on his See also:northern frontier by a See also:Mahommedan See also:army from See also:Aleppo (1131). He had shown that he had his father's courage: if See also:time had sufficed, he might have shown that he had the other qualities of the first Bohemund.
