It is used, therefore, for (r) the founder of the Osmanli or See also:Ottoman See also:dynasty, Osman I., who took the See also:title. of See also:sultan, ruled in See also:Asia See also:Minor, and died in 1326, and (2) the sixteenth sultan Osman II., who reigned 1616-1621 (see See also:TURKEY: See also:History).
