At Newark from 1875 he gave himself entirely to See also:literary See also:work, and exercised a strong.See also:influence as See also:leader of the See also:radical and reforming Jewish party. Among his See also:works are Wegweisen far rationelle Forschungen in den biblischen Schriften (1853); and See also:translations of Nathan der Weise (1869); Sepher Jezirah (1877); and Munz's See also:History of See also:Philosophy among the See also:Jews (1881). He also wrote a See also:good See also:deal of See also:German and See also:Hebrew See also:verse.
