LINDEN , a See also:

town in the Prussian See also:province of See also:Hanover, 3 M. S.W. by See also:rail from the See also:city of that name, of which it practically forms a suburb, and from which it is separated by the Ihme. Pop. (1905) 57,941. It has a See also:fine See also:modern town-See also:hall, and a classical and other See also:schools. See also:Chief among its See also:industries are See also:machine See also:building, See also:weaving, See also:iron and See also:steel See also:works and the manufacture of chemicals, See also:india-See also:rubber goods and carpets.
