TEA , the popular name for a See also:species of Ledum, a small See also:evergreen See also:shrub growing in bogs and swamps in See also:Greenland and the more See also:northern parts of See also:North See also:America. The leaves are tough, densely covered with See also:brown See also:wool on the under See also:face, fragrant when crushed and have been used as a substitute for tea. The plant is a member of the See also:heath See also:family (See also:Ericaceae).
