The See also:colour varies according to the See also:district of origin, from a See also:blue See also:grey to yellow with reddish tones. Those from the neighbourhood of See also:Sydney are See also:light clear blue, while those from See also:Victoria are dark See also:iron grey and stronger in the wool. These animals are most prolific and evidently increasing in See also:numbers. Their fur is See also:pretty, warm and as yet inexpensive, and is useful for rugs, coat linings, stoles, muffs, trimmings and perambulator aprons. The worst coloured ones are frequently dyed See also:black and See also:brown. The most pleasing natural grey come from See also:Adelaide. The reddest are the cheapest. Value 3;d. to 3s. 6d.
