Henry, were opposed to two See also:Austrian armies under Loudon and See also:Lacy. The operations consisted almost entirely of manoeuvres which had for their See also:object the obtaining or the denial to the enemy of See also:food-supplies. The war thus acquired the name of Kartoffelkrieg.
