Pop. (1901) 16,559. There are important manufactures of See also:cotton and See also:silk See also:cloth and See also:thread, and also of See also:gold and See also:silver See also:wire. At the See also:time of its See also:foundation Yeola was under the See also:emperor of See also:Delhi; it subsequently passed into the hands of the rajas of See also:Satara and then the Peshwas. Finally it was given in See also:grant to Vithal, the ancestor of the See also:present See also:chief of Vinchur.
