BHARAL , the Tatar name for the " See also:

blue See also:sheep " Ovis (Pseudois) nahura, of Ladak and See also:Tibet. The See also:general See also:colour is blue-See also:grey with See also:black " points " and See also:white markings and belly; and the horns of the rams are See also:olive-See also:brown and nearly smooth, with a characteristic backward curvature. In the See also:absence of See also:face-glands, as well as in certain other features, the bharal serves to connect more typical sheep (q.v.) with goats.
