The most important See also:industries of the town are the manufacture of buckskin, the See also:spinning of carded See also:yarn and See also:vicuna-See also:wool, and the processes of See also:dyeing, See also:finishing and wool-spinning connected with these. Among other manufactures are brushes, boilers and the like, machinery, See also:metal See also:ware generally, the cases and other parts of watches. The town has a See also:modern school (Realschule), a commercial school, and technical See also:schools for See also:weaving and finishing.
