MOLDE , a small seaside See also:

town of See also:Norway, in See also:Romsdal amt (See also:county), 204 M. by See also:sea N.N.E. of See also:Bergen, in 62° 45' N. (that of the Faroe Islands). It has little See also:trade, but is the See also:principal tourist centre on this See also:part of the See also:coast, and the steamers from See also:Hull and See also:Newcastle, the See also:Norwegian ports, See also:Hamburg, See also:Antwerp, &c., See also:call here. The town fronts the broad Molde See also:Fjord, with its See also:long See also:low islands, and to the See also:east and See also:south a splendid See also:panorama of jagged mountains is seen, reaching 6oso ft. in See also:Store Troldtinder of the Romsdal See also:group. Molde is the See also:port for the tourist route through the Romsdal.
