There are two forts on the See also:Monte Brione a little over ' See also:Des Blut See also:im Glauben and Aberglauben (Eng. trans., The See also:Jew and Human See also:Sacrifice, See also:London, 1909).a mile See also:north-See also:east of the town, and the old See also:castle of La Rocca was reconstructed and extended in accordance with See also:modern requirements in 185o. The Minorite See also:Church (1603), with See also:altar pictures by Guido Reni and other Italian painters, is much frequented as a See also:place of See also:pilgrimage. In addition to. its transit See also:trade and the entertainment of visitors, the See also:principal resources of the town are the manufacture of See also:paper, See also:iron wares and pottery, the cultivation of the See also:silk-See also:worm and the See also:olive See also:tree, and a considerable See also:commerce in See also:timber, planks and See also:coal. Riva is connected with the Ledro valley by a picturesque road which passes in a See also:series of tunnels and galleries along the rocky and precipitous See also:west See also:shore of the lake.
