He produced five subjects for the See also:Shakespeare See also:Gallery, illustrated an edition of See also:Milton, executed a very popular See also:series of illustrations to the See also:Bible and the See also:prayer-book, and designed places for numerous other See also:works. In 18o8 he published a poem, A See also:Day in See also:Spring, illustrated by his own See also:pencil. His designs are rather tame, mannered and effeminate. He became an See also:associate of the Royal Academy in 1792, and a full member in 1794; and during his later years he was a pensioner of the Academy. He died on the 4th of See also:December 1836.
