It was believed to have been founded after the Trojan See also:War (c. 1180) by the See also:Attic See also:hero Acamas; but no remains have been found in this See also:district earlier than the See also:Early See also:Iron See also:Age(c. A neighbouring monastery is dedicated to " Our See also:Lady of the Slagheaps " (Panagia Skourgi6tissa). But the copper seems to have been exhausted in See also:Roman times, and thereupon Soli became See also:desert.
