The son was a See also:pupil of See also:Thomas See also:Eakins, in See also:Philadelphia, and of J. P. Iaurens and Benjamin See also:Constant in See also:Paris. He first exhibited at the See also:Salon in 1895. His " See also:Daniel in the Lions' Den " received an See also:honourable mention at the Salon of 1896. " The Raising of See also:Lazarus," which received a third-class See also:medal in 1897, was See also:purchased by the See also:French See also:government for the permanent collection of the Luxembourg.
