He remained in favour until the See also:death of Louis XI., when the rebellious lords were able to avenge the slights and insults they had suffered 'at
the hands of the royal barber. He was arrested on charges, 1858 he represented the See also:Roman See in See also:Columbia, but on the the nature of which is uncertain, tried before the See also:parlement of
Paris, and on the 21st of May 1484 hanged at See also:Montfaucon without the knowledge of Charles VIII., who might have heeded his See also:father's See also:request and spared the favourite. Le Daim's See also:property was given to the See also:duke of See also:- ORLEANS
