They were The See also:Education of the Poor in See also:England and See also:Europe (See also:London, 1846); The Social Condition of the See also:People in England and Europe (London, 185o, 2 vols.); The Condition and Education of Poor See also:Children in English and in See also:German Towns (See also:Manchester, 1853). He was also the author of The See also:Law See also:relating io Shipmasters and See also:Seamen (London, 1875) and See also:Free See also:Trade in See also:Land (1879, with a memoir). He died at See also:Dorking, See also:Surrey, on the gth of See also:October 1878.
