It has the interesting Evangelical See also:church of St See also:John, built in the 15th See also:century, with carvings by See also:Veit See also:Stoss, paintings by Wohlgemut, See also:Martin Schon and others, and a See also:ciborium by See also:Adam See also:Krafft; a See also:fountain, the Schone Brunnen, and several See also:schools. Schwabach is the See also:chief seat of the See also:needle manufacture in Bavaria; its other See also:industries include See also:gold and See also:silver See also:wire See also:work, See also:brewing and the making of See also:soap and earthenware. Schwabach was See also:purchased in 1364 by the See also:burgrave of Nuremberg. See Petzoldt, Chronik der Stadt Schwabach (Schwabach, 1854).
