He also worked with See also:Alphonse de See also:Neuville on the See also:panorama of Rezonville. In 1884 he exhibited at the Salon the " Evening at Rezonville," a panoramic study, and " The See also:Dream " (1888), now in the See also:Luxemburg. Detaille recorded other events in the military See also:history of his See also:country: the " Sortie of the See also:Garrison of Huningue " (now in the Luxemburg), the " Vincendon See also:Brigade," and " Bizerte," reminiscences of the expedition to See also:Tunis. After a visit to See also:Russia, Detaille exhibited " The Cossacks of the Ataman " and " The Hereditary See also:Grand See also:Duke at the See also:Head of the Hussars of the Guard." Other important See also:works are: " Victims to See also:Duty," " The See also:Prince of See also:Wales and the Duke of See also:Connaught" and "See also:Pasteur's Funeral." In his picture of " Chalons, 9th October 1896," exhibited in the Salon, 1898, Detaille painted the See also:emperor and empress of Russia at a See also:review, with M. See also:Felix See also:Faure. Detaille became a member of the French See also:Institute in 1898.
