Subsequently be studied in See also:Paris and See also:Rome. He was one of the best known of the See also:Hudson See also:River school See also:group, though it was at See also:Lake See also:George that he found most of his themes. In his See also:day he enjoyed an enormous popularity, and his canvases are in many well-known American collections. He died in New York See also:City on the 29th of See also:August 1880.
