Supported by the victorious imperial See also:army, Paschal was enthroned at St See also:Peter's on the 22nd of See also:July 1167, and Pope See also:Alexander III., became a fugitive. Sudden imperial reverses, however, made Paschal glad in the end to hold so much as the See also:quarter on the right See also:bank of the See also:Tiber, where he died on the loth of See also:September 1168.
