In 1819 he exhibited at the Academy his " Hermia and See also:Helena." He was an intimate friend of See also:Keats the poet, whom he accompanied to See also:Italy in 182o and nursed till his See also:death in 1821. His picture of "The Death of See also:Alcibiades " then obtained for him an Academy travelling studentship, and he returned to See also:Rome, where he lived till 1841, marrying in 1828 the daughter of See also:Lord See also:Montgomerie, a See also:- WARD
